 Terms and Conditions for Ear Wax Microsuction Services:

1. Service Charges:
– The standard cost for ear wax microsuction is £65.
– In cases where no ear wax is found during the procedure, a reduced fee of £35 will be charged. Follow-up appointments will be free of charge in case of incomplete removal of the wax.

2. Appointment Cancellation and Non-Attendance:
– Appointments cancelled more than 48hrs prior to the scheduled date will incur no charges. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or non-attendance will be subject to a charge of £35.
– We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of the clinic.

3. Payment:
– Payment for services rendered is due at the time of the appointment booking or the appointment itself.
– We accept cash, card payments, and other methods as deemed appropriate by the clinic.

4. Company Information:
– SouthWest Ear clinics Ltd is registered in the UK with company registration number 13626875.

5. Refunds:
– Refunds are not provided for completed microsuction procedures unless exceptional circumstances are acknowledged by the clinic.

6. Health and Safety:
– Microsuction of ear wax is a regulated activity as defined by the Car Quality Commission (CQC).  As registered medical professionals, our clinicians follow strict health and safety protocols during ear wax microsuction procedures to ensure the well-being of our clients in line with guidance from the CQC.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
– Client information, including medical records, is treated with the utmost confidentiality and complies with data protection regulations and GDPR regulations. As registered medical practitioners we are registered with the information commissioners office (ICO). Medical notes are stored for a fixed period of time only on encrypted electronic platforms and can only be used (http//:halaxy.com). Information will be shared with your GP or other health professionals at you request and with your permission. If you require access to your own records this can be done at any time. 8. Complaints:
– We have a complaints procedure in line with CQC guidance and have an internal structure of governance to manage complaints and audit our practice. We aim to resolve all complaints immediately so please let us know at the time if there is an issues. If your complaint has not been immediately resolved please contact us by email at info@southwestearclinics.com within 14 days of the treatment. We endeavour to acknowledge all complains with 48hrs and resove all complains within 28days of receiving them.
